After four years of groundbreaking collaboration, Bayes Esports and Riot Games are ending their partnership, and Grid will take over the official esports data distribution rights to League of Legends Esports in 2024. We want to thank Riot Games for joining us as pioneers in bringing official live esports data to the market. The partnership grew from distributing data, and engaging with the betting and media industry, to developing Riot Games' first data tech stack. Bayes Esports created the LoL Esports Data Portal as the first hub to serve exclusive data to the esports community and pro teams worldwide.
As the company continues to mature, our strategic objective is to significantly strengthen our leadership in esports data services and distribution. To do so, we are shifting our focus to more profitable content through distribution partners and continuing to develop betting solutions for the entire commercial value chain. As we are also the official live data rights holders for CS2 and Dota 2, through exclusive partnerships with EFG and Blast, we want to continue to fortify our position in the market by acquiring additional content. By turning our attention to more profitable opportunities and game titles, we will increase the value we provide to the customers, players, media, and entire esports community.
